This list includes old hands The Kitchin and Restaurant Martin Wishart, plus the intimate Condita, with only six tables. The additions for 2023 were Heron and Timberyard with none being allocated in 2024. It also has four Bib Gourmand restaurants, which are awarded the accolade for serving great food at a reasonable price point.
